SUMMER FUN

 

 

 

Summer is on it’s and it is time to get ready for some outdoor fun.

I know we have been indoors on our treadmills this winter but now it is time to get out doors and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine

There are a lot of activities that are fun to do when the weather is warm and summer trails are open and being able  to feel the fresh breezes as you hike and bike the open trails

I don’t know about your State but here in Colorado we have many wonderful trails and mountains to climb,  some people even climb Pikes Peak when the weather is not as congenial but I prefer the warmer weather.

BIKES:Bikes are way to get plenty of exercise and faster than walking but it is a little harder work than walking.

CLOTHING:  You will need some good clothes for comfort such as leggings or yoga pants. Nice jogging shorts are good too and there are many new comfortable T shirts & tops that help keep you dry from perspiration when the weather is real hot.

HYDRATE: Don’t forget to keep hydrated. I know there are some great energy drinks on the market today. And last of all keep some good natural vitamins handy to keep your energy up when you do all this wonderful exercising.?

WATCHHave a good time and enjoy your summer and remember to put on your watch so you can track your heart beat  and miles as you chalk them up as you are enjoying the great outdoors.
